Do you have gifting options available?
The option to add a custom gift message is available at checkout. We currently do not offer e-gift cards.
How can I request more information regarding a specific bracelets?
You can submit a request through email at info@ddelitedesigns.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Do you have any physical stores?
DD Elite is a web-based retailer, however you can find us at select association events and at treasure box stops within the Dallas Metroplex area. Check the Treasure Box Stop links for stops near you! If you would like to request us at your next event please email us at info@ddelitedesigns.com
Does shipping come with tracking?
Yes, once your order is purchase your will be notified of shipping. At that point a tracking number is available upon request.
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after purchase. Once the order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
No we do not ship to PO Box at this time
Can I return a sale or promotional item?
Discounted items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
